1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by Midwest Trailer Repair Services Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our”), including our website, service requests, quotes, repair work, or communication channels (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Services We Provide

Midwest Trailer Repair Services Inc. provides trailer repair, maintenance, parts replacement, mobile repair, welding, inspections, and related commercial and non-commercial services.
Services may vary based on availability, location, or scheduling.

3. Quotes & Estimates

  • All quotes are estimates only, based on available information at the time of inspection.

  • Additional labor, parts, or work required may adjust the final cost.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant changes before proceeding.

4. Scheduling & Appointments

  • Appointment times are approximate and may adjust due to workload, emergencies, or weather.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule, refuse, or cancel service at our discretion.

5. Customer Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding your trailer, equipment, or service needs.

  • Ensure the trailer is accessible and safe to work on.

  • Secure all valuables inside the trailer or vehicle.

  • Pay for all services rendered in accordance with Section 7.

6. Parts & Labor

  • Parts used may be OEM, aftermarket, or equivalent quality depending on availability.

  • All replaced parts may be discarded unless you request return before service begins.

7. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods may include cash, card, ACH, or invoicing (for approved accounts).

  • Unpaid balances may incur late fees or collections activity.

  • Returned or disputed payments may result in service suspension.

8. Cancellations

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a service call fee or restocking charge.

  • No-show fees may apply for mobile appointments.

9. Warranty

We offer limited warranties as follows:

  • Labor: 30-day workmanship guarantee from completion date.

  • Parts: Manufacturer warranty only, if applicable.

Warranty does not apply to:

  • Misuse, accidents, improper operation, or failure to maintain equipment.

  • Customer-supplied parts.

  • Pre-existing damage or corrosion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service producing the claim.

  • We are not responsible for delays outside our control (weather, supply chain issues, emergencies, etc.).

11. Service Refusal

We may refuse service if:

  • The environment is unsafe.

  • The customer behaves aggressively, is intoxicated, or acts unlawfully.

  • The request exceeds our capabilities.

12. Intellectual Property

All branding, content, photography, and materials on our website or in communication are owned by Midwest Trailer Repair Services Inc. and may not be reproduced without permission.

13. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
